2. Booking Policy

• All bookings must be made through our official website, mobile application, or customer support hotline.

• A confirmation message will be sent via email or SMS upon successful booking.

• Customers must provide accurate details, including pickup location, destination, and contact information.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment can be made online through secure payment gateways or in cash to the driver.

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service.

• Cancellation or refund policies will apply as outlined in Section 5.

4. Use of Services

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their booking details.

• Passengers must behave respectfully and avoid any actions that may damage the vehicle or inconvenience the driver.

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or carrying illegal substances is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations by Customers: Refunds for cancellations depend on the notice period provided:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the trip will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip may incur a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations by Advikacab: In rare cases of unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel bookings and provide a full refund.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Advikacab is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

• Customers are advised to keep personal belongings secure. Advikacab is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

• We are not responsible for third-party services linked to our platform.

7. Driver and Vehicle Standards

• All drivers are licensed and vetted to ensure passenger safety.

• Vehicles are regularly maintained and sanitized for your comfort and safety.
